2 weeks agoOur local fishing guide recommended this place and it DID NOT disappoint. I got a double bacon cheeseburger. Cheeseburgers are my favorite meal and there’s a strong possibility the one I got from Poka’s would make top 10. It’s a walk up / carry out place with nowhere to sit. Had to laugh when the guy taking orders suggested we go sit at the picnic table out in the rain if we wanted to “dine in.” If you ever find yourself off the beaten path in Zwolle, don’t miss out on this gem.

9 months agoI’ve visited Pokas Restaurant twice now, and both times the experience has been fantastic. I tried their burger and fries on one visit and the catfish plate on the other, and I have to say, they serve some of the best food around. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous. Beyond the delicious meals, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick. If you’re looking for great food with excellent service, Pokas is definitely the place to go!

9 months agoI am from D.S., everyone tells me this place has the best burgers. My first time at Pokas, it was an amazing cheeseburger,service was so pleasant and friendly. THANKS SO MUCH. Will definitely be back

a year agoI just discovered this little corner of delight a few weeks ago. I have been 3 times and tonight will make 4. I don't eat out that often and my son will not eat anything unless I cook it, even famous fast food chains. But he Will ASK me to get dinner from here. Too me, that is 100 gold stars! The only change I wish they would make is to open a sit down and dine in old fashioned mom and pop restaurant! Love this place! 💕❤️💕❤️💕
